A registration is considered confirmed only after successful completion of the registration process and receipt of the required payment.
Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. KIOC Coach Education Centre shall not be responsible for problems arising from incorrect information provided by a candidate.
Course registrations are personal to the registered candidate and cannot be transferred to another person without prior written approval from KIOC Coach Education Centre.
2. Course Fees and Payments
Course fees displayed on the website are applicable to the respective course or programme at the time of registration.
Payments may be made through the payment methods made available on the website, including third-party payment gateways.
The candidate is responsible for ensuring that all payment details are correct.
A payment confirmation may be generated after successful payment. In case of a payment failure or technical issue, the candidate should contact KIOC Coach Education Centre with the relevant transaction details.
3. Limited Seats and Seat Confirmation
Certain courses conducted by KIOC Coach Education Centre have limited seats.
Once a candidate successfully books a seat for a particular course date, that seat is reserved for the candidate and may no longer be available to another candidate.
Therefore, candidates should carefully verify the course name, date, location, eligibility, and other details before making payment.
4. Course Dates and Schedule
KIOC Coach Education Centre reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course dates, timings, venues, tutors, schedules, modules, or delivery arrangements where necessary.
Candidates will be informed of significant changes through the contact details provided during registration.
A change in tutor, venue, timetable, or other reasonable course arrangements does not automatically entitle a candidate to a refund.
5. Attendance
Candidates are expected to attend the course according to the published schedule.
Attendance, participation, and completion of course requirements may be mandatory for assessment and certification.
Absence, late arrival, early departure, or failure to participate in required activities may affect eligibility for certification.
6. Assessment and Certification
Where applicable, candidates may be required to complete written examinations, MCQs, practical assessments, assignments, workbooks, coaching sessions, participation activities, or other assessment requirements.
Completion of payment and attendance alone does not guarantee successful completion or certification.
Certificates will be issued only to candidates who fulfil the applicable course and assessment requirements.
7. Candidate Conduct
Candidates are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour towards tutors, staff, fellow candidates, and other persons associated with the course.
KIOC Coach Education Centre reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from a course without refund, in cases of serious misconduct, cheating, abusive behaviour, harassment, disruption, damage to property, or violation of course or safety rules.
8. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
Course notes, presentations, workbooks, videos, assessments, documents, graphics, logos, photographs, training content, and other materials provided by KIOC Coach Education Centre remain the intellectual property of KIOC Coach Education Centre or their respective owners.
Unless expressly authorised in writing, candidates may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, record, modify, or commercially exploit such materials.
9. Website Use
Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
Users must not attempt to interfere with website operations, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, misuse payment systems, or engage in fraudulent activities.

By registering for a course, candidates agree to receive service-related communications regarding registration, payments, course schedules, venue information, assessments, certificates, and other necessary course information.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
